Gather customer feedback and reviews

Reviews and feedback are how new customers decide to trust you — and how you find out what to fix. Asking for them, simply and consistently, builds your reputation faster than any ad.

Do this

1. Right after a good job, ask the customer to leave a Google review.
2. Make it easy — send the direct review link by text.
3. Ask one open question: 'Anything we could've done better?'
4. Respond to every review, good or bad, politely.

The Ask-for-a-Review Text

Send this within a day of finishing, while it's fresh:

"Hi [name] — really enjoyed working with you! If you have 30 seconds, a quick Google review would mean a lot and helps other folks find us: [your review link]. And if anything fell short, tell me first so I can make it right."
