An inbox that actually gets cleaned

Until now Miles could read and reply, but the tidying was on you. One reconnect changes that: he can archive the noise, mark the FYIs read, and keep labels organized — with your OK, never deleting anything. And every thread he's tracking for you carries a "Waiting on" label right in Gmail.

Do this

1. Reconnect once: Profile → Connections → Google Workspace → Reconnect. Same consent flow, one new permission — tidy the mailbox (archive, mark read, labels). Nothing can ever be deleted.
2. Let Inbox Zero finish the job: at the end of a triage Miles now offers "these 9 are promos and dead threads — archive them?" One yes and they're gone from the Inbox (and still findable in All Mail, forever).
3. The unread badge tells the truth: FYIs Miles has already summarized for you get marked read — you heard the news, the badge agrees.
4. See Waiting On in Gmail itself: every thread Miles is tracking carries a "Waiting on" label, added while you wait and removed the moment they reply. Your inbox and your Waiting list finally tell the same story.
5. Build your own systems: "label everything from that supplier 'Receipts'" — Miles creates and applies labels on request, always confirming the batch first.
