Lock down your company software and passwords in 10 minutes
Before you announce a departure, secure the digital perimeter. Rotate the shared logins, kill the active sessions, and you remove the worst-case downside before anyone notices the chair is empty.
Do this
- List every shared login the person could access (email, point-of-sale, scheduling, social).
- Rotate the password on each one — use your password manager so the team gets the new one in one click.
- Sign every device out of those accounts (most apps have a “sign out everywhere” button in settings).
- Re-share access only with the people who actually need it. Don't bulk-restore.
Account Lockdown Checklist
