Your files on demand: Drive, Docs, and Sheets without opening a tab

The quote you wrote in March, the price list in a spreadsheet, the contract PDF — it's all in Drive, and Miles can find it, read it, and answer from it. Ask questions in plain English; he searches file names and contents, reads the Doc or the right Sheet tab, and quotes you the real numbers.

Do this

1. Ask by memory, not filename: "Find the quote I wrote for the Hendersons" — Miles searches names and contents.
2. Can't remember anything? "What files did I touch this week?" lists your latest work.
3. Read without opening: "What did that proposal say about payment terms?" — he reads the Doc and answers.
4. Ask your spreadsheets questions: "In my price list sheet, what do we charge for a deep clean?" — he finds the right tab and reads the values.
5. Need the actual file? Ask him to send it into the chat — Docs and Slides arrive as PDFs, Sheets as Excel.
6. It's all read-only: Miles can never edit, move, or delete anything in your Drive.
