Own your week: book, move, and find free time by asking
Scheduling by hand means eyeballing the calendar, guessing, and emailing back and forth. Miles reads your actual free/busy time, offers slots that fit your working hours, books the winner, and handles the reschedules — attendees notified automatically.
Do this
- Tell Miles your working hours once ("I work 8 to 4, no meetings before 9") — he'll respect them when finding time.
- Ask: "Find me 30 minutes with Jane this week." He checks real availability and offers the top two or three slots.
- Pick one. He creates the event with Jane invited — it waits for your tap before it books.
- Need to move something? "Push my 2pm to Thursday morning." He reschedules and Google notifies the attendees; he'll offer a courtesy note if it's short-notice.
- Start the day with "what's my day look like?" and Mondays with "review my week" — conflicts, crunches, and the gaps big enough for real work.
