Answer a Customer Question Online
Get found · Organic discovery and trust · About 30 minutes to review · 1 week · By Bizer
The questions customers ask you on the phone are the same ones they type into search. A clear public answer helps the next person decide, and shows you know your trade.
The objective
Publish a clear, accurate answer to a common customer question where people search for it.
When this campaign fits
Customers regularly ask you a question that has no clear answer on your website.
What you will need
- The question, in the words customers use
- Your honest answer, even in rough form
- Where you publish: your website or blog
What Bizer prepares
- A structure for the answer
- A factual FAQ entry or short article, and its title
- A short social post pointing to it
- An editorial checklist for accuracy
What you do
- Check the answer is accurate
- Publish it
What you get
A published, or ready-to-publish, FAQ or article.
Step by step
- Step 1: You name the question and give your answer in your own words.
- Step 2: Bizer structures the answer and drafts the FAQ or article with a clear title.
- Step 3: Bizer drafts a short social post that links to it.
- Step 4: You check every fact against the checklist and publish.

A finished campaign is not a guaranteed result. Each measure is tracked on its own.
What it needs connected
- Your website (a WordPress connection lets Bizer publish with your approval)
Start with the question you hear most
Think about the last month of calls and messages. Which question came up again and again? "How much does it cost to...", "How long does it take to...", "Do I need a permit for...". The best question is one where the answer helps someone decide to hire you.
Answer first, then explain
People searching want the answer fast. Lead with it in one or two sentences, then add the detail: the factors that change it, the common mistakes, what to watch out for. End with when it makes sense to call a professional.
Be accurate and honest
If the honest answer is "it depends", say what it depends on. If a price range is useful, give a real one and say what moves it. Do not promise outcomes you cannot control. Bizer drafts from your answer and flags anything it could not confirm; you are the expert, so check every fact.
Where to publish
A page or blog post on your own website is best: it keeps building over time. A FAQ section works too. Then share it on social so current followers see it.
Give it time
Search engines can take weeks or months to show a new page. This campaign earns its keep slowly. Note the date you published and check visits over the following months.
